1. Look at the different resorts and decide which resort you would like to stay at.

2. Browse through the properties at the resort.

3. Decide which property you would like to stay in.

4. Complete the enquiry form at the bottom of the property’s page and send the form to us.

5. If the property is managed by exclusively-murcia we will check its availability and get back to you within twenty four hours. If the property is available we will email you a booking form with payment instruction. If the property is not available we will try and offer an alternative property. If the property is not managed by exclusively-murcia we will forward your enquiry direct to the advertiser who will then be responsible for handling your enquiry.

6. To reserve the property complete the booking form and send it back to us by fax or email. Upon receipt of the completed booking form your booking will be held for seven days.

7. To confirm the booking please make payment ASAP as the property will only be held for seven days.

8. Once payment has been received you will be sent a booking confirmation and arrival instructions by email.

9. A refundable cash security deposit is payable to the property manager upon arrival at the property. The security deposit will be returned at the end of your holiday subject to a satisfactory final inspection.
