1. Have a look at the different resorts and decide at which resort you would like to stay.

2. Browse through the properties and, once you have chosen one, check the ‘availability calendar’ below the property description.

3. To the left of the availability calendar select the dates you would like to stay, the number of people and click ’Enquire now’.

4. After clicking ‘Enquire now’ complete the form that pops up and click send. We will now confirm the availability and send a secure payment email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours or the next working day, please check you spam/junk folder and if it’s not there please give us call on 0034968041493. If the property is not available, we will always try to offer you an alternative property of a similar standard.

5. To confirm the booking please make the credit card payment as per the instructions in the payment email.

6. Once payment has been received, you will be sent a booking confirmation and arrival instructions by email.

7. On the day of your arrival you will be met at the entrance of the resort by a property manager and taken to the property. At the property you will be shown how everything works and any questions will be answered. Upon arrival we take a note of your credit card number which will be held as security against breakages/damage.
