• Proof the advert - Once we have drafted the advert we'll email the advert to you. You can make make a list of changes and email them back to us. We will make this first set of changes for free.
• Control panel - The owner can access a control panel and update prices and availability at any time.
• Handle enquiries - We will handle all enquiries generated through Exclusively-Murcia in a friendly and timely manner.
• Process payments - We offer clients secure online payment 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
• Capture arrival details - Once full payment has been made we'll capture the guest's arrival details and email them direct to you or your keyholder.
• Arrival instructions and directions - Together we'll create an individual set of directions and arrival instructions for your property. These will automatically be sent to the guest when they complete their arrival details.

Our fees

• For each booking that we secure we charge a fee of 10% + IVA (VAT) of the total rental price.
• If you want use our photogrpahs for your own adverts we can supply digital files at €7.50 per image.
