We require a deposit payment of 25% to confirm your reservation. The final balance must be paid at least eight weeks prior to the date of departure. Payment for the reservation should be paid by credit card, by bank transfer or cheque. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until we send a confirmation invoice, which must be checked carefully. A damages deposit is payable with the final balance and will be returned in full, subject to a satisfactory final inspection.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation shall only take place when written notification by the person who completed the booking form is received by Exclusively-Murcia. In all cases of cancellation the deposit shall be forfeited. The following cancellation fees expressed as a % of the total holiday cost, will immediately become payable to Exclusively-Murcia.

In the event that you change the holiday dates, it will be understood as a new holiday and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions unless otherwise agreed by the exclusively-murcia in writing. It is strongly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

If for any reason we are unable to provide you the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a property of similar characteristics. If we are unable to re-locate you to a similar property you will be entitled to a full refund of your funds paid.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

On the day of your arrival, the property will be available from 16:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate you before this time. To ensure the safe handover of keys you must ensure that the flight time and or arrival times are submitted three weeks before commencement of occupancy. Properties should be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.

CLEANING

The property will be cleaned for the arrival guests. When leaving the property please wash all dishes and leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning that is required will be taken from the security deposit.

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF THE GUESTS

The client will confirm the number of guests on the booking form. Only the number of persons indicated on the booking form shall be authorised to use the property. In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, the company at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the property and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.

LOST KEYS

Should the ‘CLIENT' not return, or lose, a set of keys then a replacement charge and call out charge will be applied, based on 50 euros per key and 55 euros per remote control key fob inclusive of Value Added Tax.

BEHAVIOUR

The client reserving the property will be responsible for the behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, the exclusively-murcia shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the property.

LIABILITIES

Exclusively-Murcia, nor the owner of the property, shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the property, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.

We reserve the right to update any of our terms and conditions at any time. The onus is placed on all parties, using the site, to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
